การทำ Questionnaire บน iPad ผ่านระบบ TIS iPad App for Real Estate Sales & Marketing

Prospect Requirement คือระบบสำหรับการทำ Sales Questionnaire เพื่อช่วยในการกรอกข้อมูลความต้องการของ Prospect และลูกค้า ซึ่งจะประกอบด้วยการระบุข้อมูล ระบุความสนใจ ความต้องการและเหตุผลที่ใช้ตัดสินใจซื้อโครงการของ ลูกค่าและ Prospect โปรแกรมจะมีการวิเคราะห์ออกมาในรูปแบบของ graph และchart โดยประกอบไปด้วยการวิเคราะต่างๆเช่น:

·       Prospect Traffic Analysis คือ การวิเคราะห์ปริมาณการเข้าชมโครงการของลูกค่าและ Prospect ในแต่ละช่วงเวลา สามารถนำข้อมูลส่วนนี้ไปช่วยในการทำ Resource Planning ของทาง Sales
·       Visit Reason คือการวิเคราะห์เหตุผลที่ลูกค่าเข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการ หรือ Sales Office

For example: Capturing both customer and prospect requirements is extremely simple using TIS' iPad Apps for the Real Estate Sales & Marketing. Rather than have your prospect or customer fill in the questionnaire themselves, Sales Executives can handle this task through the Prospect Requirement module of this App. Not only will it increase customer satisfaction, it also enhances branding and the image of the Project Developers.

Let’s take a look at how simple it is to capture prospect requirements during a sales event, step-by-step.

Step 1: Login with your username & password. This is only required the first time for logging in.

Step 2: Choose “Prospect Requirement” from the main menu page. (See: Screenshot below)


Step 3: Ensure that you are working in the correct Sales Project, since in real life a Real Estate Sales can be assigned to handle multiple projects at a given period of time.

Step 4: From the “Prospect Requirement” page, choose “Prospect Requirement” – to start capturing prospect information.

Step 5: Sales can now start entering information through several type of controls e.g. textbox, radio button, check box, dropdown box and rankings.





Done!
In 5 steps, prospect requirements have now been captured.

 Analysis such as project interest analysis, visit reason, budget range, room area and other scoring metrics can be viewed and analyzed based on the information captured.

For the immediate future, the main use of media tablets will be as notebook companions or as a secondary device to take on the road for fast access to e-mail, calendaring, interrogating Web applications and information sources, and showing PowerPoint presentations (with an external Video Graphics Array [VGA] out cable, the iPad can connect to video projectors). Although the lightweight, large screen, instant on and long battery life provide convenience for traveling workers, media tablets do not have enough content creation capability to replace either notebooks or smartphones. As a result, they will be "third devices" for most workers and so most companies will not purchase media tablets for their workers. However, we are already seeing a huge influx of these devices into the enterprise.

The Apple iPad is the first of what promises to be a huge wave of media tablets focused largely on content consumption (and to some extent communications) rather than content creation, with fewer features and processing power than traditional PCs and notebooks or pen-centric tablet PCs. However, eye-catching graphics and multitouch are improving application usability and enabling new usage scenarios. Although targeted toward consumers, the iPad is already having an impact on business usage and IT support models.

This is the main menu screen. The layout of this screen (and this whole solution) is designed to get the best out of the iPad (or other tablet PCs). From this screen you can navigate through the building matrix, the sales analysis, marketing analysis and campaign analysis modules.

This solution is targeted at both the management as well as the operational level. Management will be able to access analysis dashboards and reports while key operation functions such as sales and marketing will be able to capture prospect requirements and track property unit status through the sales kit modules.

Oh and by the way, this solution may look like a native iPad App but it can actually run from any device whether it's pc, notebook, netbook, playbook etc.

Our developers have been working on this new application for a few months now. This particular one is what we call the Building Matrix. It will be able to help the Sales Execs track status of property units during a busy grand opening or other marketing events.

During a busy project grand opening, you need to be able to report to customers/prospects the status of each of the units in REAL TIME! Now with this new app, Sales Execs can be able to walk around while doing so.
