The Apple iPad is the first of what promises to be a huge wave of media tablets focused largely on content consumption (and to some extent communications) rather than content creation, with fewer features and processing power than traditional PCs and notebooks or pen-centric tablet PCs. However, eye-catching graphics and multitouch are improving application usability and enabling new usage scenarios. Although targeted toward consumers, the iPad is already having an impact on business usage and IT support models.

This is the main menu screen. The layout of this screen (and this whole solution) is designed to get the best out of the iPad (or other tablet PCs). From this screen you can navigate through the building matrix, the sales analysis, marketing analysis and campaign analysis modules.

This solution is targeted at both the management as well as the operational level. Management will be able to access analysis dashboards and reports while key operation functions such as sales and marketing will be able to capture prospect requirements and track property unit status through the sales kit modules.

Oh and by the way, this solution may look like a native iPad App but it can actually run from any device whether it's pc, notebook, netbook, playbook etc.

Our developers have been working on this new application for a few months now. This particular one is what we call the Building Matrix. It will be able to help the Sales Execs track status of property units during a busy grand opening or other marketing events.

During a busy project grand opening, you need to be able to report to customers/prospects the status of each of the units in REAL TIME! Now with this new app, Sales Execs can be able to walk around while doing so.

Oh and by the way, Red = "SOLD"
